Our Premium Care Plan is for people who want the highest reliability from their computer. We keep an eye on the health of the system, including hardware and software. We can detect some failures before they happen so you have time to react. We also perform routine maintenance like Windows updates and junk file cleaning to keep your computer secure and reliable. Our Platinum plan offers extra service hours and discounts on labor, useful for frequent customers.

Monitoring

Antivirus Check Make sure your computer is running antivirus software.
Firewall Check Check the firewall on Windows is running and is reporting okay.
Hard Drive Monitoring Check to see if the drive is in the process of failing and whether it needs to be defragmented. This only warns after a failure has been detected.
Hard Drive Pre-Failure Alerts Run a hard drive self-check using the onboard chip. Notifies if the hard drive has been on for too many hours. This alerts of failures before they happen in most cases.
Basic Initial Tune-Up Our initial tuneup changes speed, privacy and power settings to improve your computer.
Driver Issues Check for missing drivers or recent driver updates that failed.

Windows Update Check Get notified if your computer is out of date or missing critical security patches.
3rd Party Apps Check for updates for common applications and update them if necessary.
Monthly Cleanup Automated monthly tuneup. Clean junk files, check privacy settings, tweak speed options.
Premium Antivirus Setup Free setup for our premium antivirus products Malwarebytes and Bitdefender. Does not include the cost of the software, only setup cost.
Backups Setup of Carbonite backup to keep a copy of your files in the cloud. Does not include the cost of the software, only setup cost.
Overheat Monitoring Monitor the temperature of the computer during a brief stress test to ensure it is not overheating, which reduces lifespan.
